Shoji Mount dinner is Kaiseki-ryori style.Kaiseki is d Traditional Japanese Multiple Course( Appetizer, Sashimi, Main dish, Tempura, Warm dish, and Other..)
Especially, main dish “Lava stone BBQ” is very popular.You can be freely grilled Wagyu(Japanese beef) and vegetables on the lava stone plate from Mt.fuji. Natural lava stone has far infrared ray effect ,that brings out the flavor of the raw ingredients.

We got 1st place in the Yamanashi area,Rakuten Travel breakfast competition “Asafes2018”We have served it’s dish over 20 years ago at breakfast.We pick Japanese pepper shoots(Sanshou) every early summer.“Japanese pepper shoots and white bait” is a blend of history ,nature and culture in Shojiko area.
Two types of large bathtub are available” Stone bath “ and “Ancient cypress bath “. Guests can take a bath 24 hours a day, until check-out. *Excludes cleaning time. Public bath for men and women are separated. The men and women’s bath switch every other day.
